A team cooking course has the same challenges as outdoor events and offers hereby a high level of pleasure..
The members have to choose with their team, different typical Italian recepies and regional dishes. Each team will have to arrange a 4 or 5 course menu and cook it.
After a good breakfast the course will start with a visit to the local market to buy fresh food and vegetables and the visit of a wine-shop to buy the fine wine.
The cooking course is aimed to bring together from the beginning the members of the team to pursue a common goal by cooking dishes which will produced a feeling of satisfaction.
At the end of the course, while enjoying the food with a bottle of fine wine, each participant will be given a recipe book with his favourite dishes so that they can cook them each time they want when they are at home.
The aim is for the participants to have something which will remind them of the event and the pleasure of having been part of it.
